It's Simply Wonderful :)

Sana totoo ka na lang at hindi FICTION…..

When people hurt you over and over, think of them as sandpapers. They scratch and hurt you, but later, you’ll be shining and polished while they end up useless!

Facebook Faux Pas

1. Relationship Status

One of the hardest things a person can go through is a bad breakup. So when you see your ex change their relationship status to “Single” barely a day after you two split it’s as if they’re rubbing salt on an open wound, then dousing it with gasoline and setting it on fire, for good measure. Some people say a month is enough, some say a couple of days, we recommend waiting a week.

2. “Like”-ing Questionable Things

If someone shares that their dog just died, it’s probably best not to “Like” it. Also, it’s in bad taste to “Like” relationship changes, particularly the ones that involve a break up. You can tell a lot about a person based on the things they “Like”.

3. Posting Unflattering and Incriminating Pictures of Yourself/Others

So you had a crazy weekend at the beach with your closest friends, got a little too drunk and passed out with your pants off, while you may think that was a hoot and a holler and don’t mind sharing the photographic evidence with the world, you should probably re-think it. The same goes for posting unflattering photos of your friends. The golden rule should be, if you wouldn’t want your friends seeing you like that, chances are, they wouldn’t either.

 4. Ranting about work when your boss is on your friends list

Let’s say you hate your job and want everyone to know it, it’s probably best to make sure your boss isn’t on your friends list. After all, there’s nothing more pathetic and sadder than Facebook costing you your job. Facebook allows you to create custom friend groups, use it.

 5. Drunk Facebooking

We’ve gone from drunk dialing to drunk texting, drunk emailing to drunk Facebooking. The evolution of self-perpetuated embarrassment has reached all-new heights. Thankfully, the good people at Firefox have given us some hope for retaining our dignity with the add-on “The Social Media Sobriety Test” which requires you take a series of tests before you’re allowed to log in to your Facebook (or Twitter and Myspace).

Times change, people change, things change, but some of us are unable to accept that and let go..

Yakimix Eat All You Can Smokeless Grill Restaurant

Yakimix (like Vikings) basically offers buffet.  Buffet that includes ready to eat food and food that we can cook at the table.  The price is pretty reasonable considering the variety of foods that are available and also did I mention that it was a buffet!

These are the prices for your information:

Eat All You Can – Php 580

Eat All You Can during monday to friday lunchtime except holidays – Php 499

Eat All You Can for Children below 4 feet – Php 380

Left Over Price per person – Php 699

They also have drink all you can at Php 65.  You can choose between lemonade, iced tea, water & softdrinks.

I love the ambiance of Yakimix.  They have great lighting, comfortable chairs, huge place and awesome chandeliers.  It always amazes me whenever I enter restaurants and how they decide to decorate the place.  When it comes to dining out and choosing restaurants, there’s just so much to choose from that offering a great meal is not just the only component, but you must be able to offer an environment that is inviting to your customers as well.  Yakimix has a great conceptualized restaurant atmosphere.  From the refreshing and bright lighting, all the way to the glass dividers which were unique unto themselves, and the color scheme was simple but all worked well together. The first of the staff greeted us and exclaimed, “irasshaimase”.  Then you’d hear the rest of the staff exclaiming the same thing!  Wahhh!  It was just funny coz we kept hearing the same greeting over and over as guests entered the restaurant. I’m sure they’re used to having diners come in and stay for a while since they really do have a great variety of dishes.

This is the entrance door of Yakimix MOA branch

On the left side, they offer raw foods that can be grill using their smokeless grill provided in each table :)

Yummy foods :D

Me, satisfied with the food they offer :)

Vikings Luxury Buffet Restaurant :)

When we say buffet we usually refer to the ones at hotels, like Sofitel’s Spiral or EDSA Shangri-la’s  Heat. Vikings Luxury Buffet Restaurant is said to offer hotel quality buffet. Although the price is quite high (like 899/head), I still find it good since everything is already included in the buffet :)

Vikings is located at the seaside area of Mall of Asia :)

As you enter the restaurant, you will find this viking like set-up on the right which serves Asian food

On the left side, you will find the appetizers like salad, soup, etc.

There are also Pastas being served

Aside from the yummy foods there are also free flowing of drinks like juice, coffee and draft beer :)

For Sushi lovers :)

This is how they serve their miso soup :) Cute little kettles :D

After every main course, desserts are also served there :)

After a fruitful dinner in celebration of my 20th birthday are happy faces which shows satisfactory :)
